The Secret Sauce

First and foremost, thanks for taking the time to read this!

I was struggling to write something that would be worth reading. What could I share to a group of HIT professionals and experts that hasn’t already been covered?

I recently heard a message that shined a light upon people. People? People make the difference in wildly successful companies, not their "Tech stacks", "API calls", "CRM's", etc. The speaker then shared stories about Chick-fil-A and Apple, that I, as a partner of ShareableFORMS, thought was the epitome of our "secret sauce" and worth sharing.

What does a multi-billion-dollar company like Chick-fil-A depend on, besides chicken? They depend on younger, untrained workers to be the voice, hands, and feet of the organization. It doesn't matter what their Senior Management does or thinks if the person serving you brings you 8 nuggets instead of 12, forgets your Polynesian sauce (only realized after having already made it home), or forgets to say "my pleasure" after every "thank you."

When Apple wanted to make a comeback in the 90's, what did they do? They opened stores that were inviting and created a space where their customers would want to hang out. They created the Genius Bar. They invested in PEOPLE!!!

I am often asked what makes Shareable different from our competition. My immediate answer is always, "OUR TEAM!". Shareable thrives off providing the best customer service in the industry. While we are far from perfect, I can attest that each Shareable resource has our customer's and partner's best interest at the forefront of what they do.
